Felix Urbach joined BEUKELMANN | MÜLLER | PARTNER in 2023. Felix’ main area is defence work for individual clients, but he also engages in corporate defence.
A graduate of the University of Constance, Felix Urbach assisted Prof. Dr. Andreas Popp as a lecturer in the area of general and property criminal law and worked as an assistant in international private and criminal law.
Subsequently, he signed up for an LL.M. program on “Comparative Studies in German, European and Chinese Law” at the Tongji University of Shanghai (China). His academic work focused on comparative aspects of German – Chinese criminal and constitutional law.
During his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, Felix Urbach focused on criminal law both in his court and prosecution stints. In particular, he was consigned to the court protocol service at the criminal court and worked in the narcotics department of the prosecutor’s office in Constance. He also got an insight into private practice working for a renowned criminal law boutique in Munich.
